This policy covers hellodigitworks.com. hdw is a branding, marketing and design studio based in India. If you want to reach us about anything on this page, email studio@hellodigitworks.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that means your name, business name, phone number, email, budget range, timeline, project brief, work experience, and any links or files you attach. Nothing on this site asks for payment details or identity documents.
Separately, and without anything typed, we count visits. One row is recorded for each page opened: the page address, the site you arrived from, whether that was Google or Instagram or a direct visit, whether you are on a phone or a computer, and the time. There is no name attached and nothing that identifies you.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to work out whether we are a fit for your project, and to consider job applications. The visit count tells us which pages people actually read so we can improve them. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not send marketing emails to people who filled in a form.
Where it goes
Form submissions and the visit count are stored in our own database on Supabase, and appear inside our internal studio tool. Uploaded files sit in private storage on the same service, reachable only by a signed-in member of the studio through a link that expires. This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Those two companies process data on our behalf and nobody else receives it.
There is no Google Analytics on this site, no advertising network, no embedded widgets, and no third party of any kind reading your visit. That is deliberate, and it is why you were not asked to accept anything on the way in.
Cookies and what your browser stores
This site sets no cookies at all, and none of the following leaves your device or is readable by anyone but you. Your browser keeps five small things, and here is the complete list:
- theme — whether you chose the light or the dark version.
- hdw_sound_muted — whether you muted the site.
- csCols and workCols — how many columns you last chose to view the pictures in.
- hdw_sid — a random number that tells one visit apart from another so a single visit is not counted as ten. It is deleted the moment you close the tab.
Nothing here survives a closed tab except your four preferences, and none of them says anything about who you are. We used to keep a permanent identifier so we could recognise a returning visitor; it has been removed, and it is deleted from your browser the next time you open the site. Clearing your browser or blocking storage will not break anything.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay with us while a project is live and for up to three years after, because clients come back. Job applications are kept for up to two years in case a matching role opens. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email studio@hellodigitworks.com and we will reply within thirty days. There is nothing to prove and no form to fill in.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we update this page and move the date below. Significant changes get a note on the page for a while.
