Meraki has been making coffee in Vesu since 2016, and the feed had drifted into the same performance every other speciality cafe was giving. We stopped performing and started stating, so every drink gets its actual build and the annotation does the design. It stopped sounding like the cafe next door, and the content runs to a system.

We stopped performing and started stating. Every drink gets its actual build: what is in it, at what temperature, why that balance holds. The annotation is the design. It reads like a menu written by someone who cares, which is what Meraki is.
The outcome
Meraki stopped sounding like the cafe next door. The content runs to a system, so the standard holds whether or not anyone got a shoot done that week.
