Oosari
Oosari is a lively cafe in Surat with a view, and it had to arrive on the feed on the day it opened its doors. There was no back catalogue to fall back on, so we made six reels out of the place itself, from the tables laid as the light goes to the charcoal lit after dark. It opened with a feed that reads the way the place does, and the restaurant coming after it was teased rather than announced.
